The Windborn Elementary project consisted of comprehensive renovations to the existing 95,000 sf elementary campus including MEP replacements and upgrades. The classroom and common areas were renovated to meet current program standards along with the replacement of interior finishes and a new building entry. The project also included a new 9,500 sf gymnasium addition and a build-out of the old gymnasium space into classrooms.
