The new Waller Education Service Center is a 97,000-square-foot building to house the school district administration and support staff. The scope of work included, but is not limited to, the construction of a new two-story building containing District administrative offices, district board room, conference rooms, and Child Nutrition test kitchen.

This project was built in conjunction with the new Waller Ag Science Facility, Transportation Building, and a new Elementary School. All these projects sit on the same site.
