The Schmalz Elementary School project consisted of renovations to the existing 121,000 SF elementary campus as well as a new 20,000 SF classroom addition. The heavy renovation focused on bringing the school classrooms and common areas up to program standards. The work took place on an occupied campus with heavy demolition occurring during the summer months.
