The Ag Science Center was a new 79,000 sf facility containing a show arena, project animal pens, wash areas, feed storage, classrooms, and concessions. Construction included a pre-engineered metal building, brick, stone, and metal panel exterior veneer, metal roof panels, CMU masonry, and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, site parking, utilities, and animal pens.

The new Ag Science Center and the Career & Technical Education Center sit on a common 36-acre site.
