McGhee Elementary was the construction of a new 163,000 SF elementary school on a 36-acre greenfield site. The project consisted of a steel structure building with brick veneer and CMU exterior, CMU and/or metal stud backup walls, and a single-ply roofing system with some areas to be standing seam metal panels, and walkway canopies.

Campus amenities included a library, dining room, food service area, classrooms, administration areas, gymnasium, and a courtyard play area along with all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The site improvements included clearing and grubbing of approximately 36 acres, concrete paving, parking, site utilities, stormwater detention, and drainage.
