The Magnolia Junior High #3 (Magnolia Parkway Junior High) project consisted of a new 185,000 sf two story junior high school on a new 32-acre site. Additional scope included a football stadium with turf field, track, locker rooms, & concessions. A new traffic signal & turn lanes were provided at FM 1488.
