The base building package included a complete electrical service upgrade, air conditioning space, completely new gas and sanitary lines, an exterior storefront, canopies for new entrances, and an interior white box for buildouts. The North end of the building included a 65,000 SF buildout of industrial-type spaces with ventilation, lighting, power, and a loading dock. The building will have 65,000 SF of collaborative maker space and 220,000 SF of fabrication/studio rental space.

The back spaces include machine rooms, electronics, jewelry, wood shop, and welding spaces with power for 90 various pieces of equipment and air conditioning.
