The campus was built on an existing site and consisted of a steel structure building with brick veneer and CMU exterior, CMU and/or metal stud backup walls, and a single-ply roofing system with some areas as standing seam metal panels, and walkway canopies.

Campus amenities included a library, dining room, food service area, classrooms, administration areas, gymnasium, and a courtyard play area along with all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, new concrete paving, parking, site utilities, stormwater detention, and drainage.
