The Channelview High School project was phased to include both renovation and new construction across the campus. The High School underwent extensive renovation to 62,000 SF to allow for updates to the library, existing classrooms, and mechanical spaces. The renovation also included the addition of a campus-wide fire suppression system, voice evacuation system, PA systems, CCTV, and security access systems as well as a new secured entrance vestibule.

The new construction aspects of the project included a 32,000 SF Performing Arts Auditorium, new Athletic Facilities, and a 44,000 SF CTE addition. With the additions to the campus, a new 285,000 SF parking lot was poured.
